Who operates WOLKIS
WOLKIS is operated by Primeshield Software Trading L.L.C, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence 1413480. The company is based in Empire Heights Tower A, Business Bay, Dubai, and works across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
We are not an overseas platform localised for this region. The compliance logic is written against the documents UAE inspectors actually use, and each report is built to be handed to the authority that asks for it.
What we do
We replace paper compliance logs with continuous measurement and automatically generated reports. Five modules run on one platform:
- Restaurant HACCP — continuous fridge, freezer and hot-holding temperature monitoring, with the HACCP log generated for inspection.
- Building indoor air quality — CO₂, PM2.5, TVOC, temperature and humidity, with an IAQ compliance report.
- Pool compliance — continuous pH, ORP, free chlorine and temperature instead of a twice-daily test kit.
- Legionella Watch — water-system temperature monitoring as operational evidence between inspections.
- Vape & Smoke Guard — privacy-first detection for school and hospitality restrooms. No cameras, no audio recording.
How a reading becomes evidence
A measurement on its own proves nothing. UAE and international water safety guidance judges an operator on a chain of records, and the platform is built around that chain rather than around a dashboard:
- Risk assessment and written scheme of control — held as live records with review dates and a named, trained responsible person, not as files in a drawer.
- Asset register — every tank, calorifier, riser, cooling-tower basin, sentinel and low-use outlet carries its own identifier, so a reading is traceable to a place rather than only to a device.
- Scheduled checks — each task runs on the cadence the regulation sets for that asset, and an overdue task is visible before an inspection rather than during one.
- Readings — captured continuously, each one time-sealed at the moment of capture, with its source shown; manual samples and laboratory results enter the same record.
- Exceptions, corrective action and verification — an out-of-range value is flagged on capture, the action taken is bound to the exception that triggered it with an owner and a due date, and nothing closes until a follow-up measurement verifies it worked.
- Sign-off and audit trail — records are attributable to named people and tamper-evident; an entry edited after the event is visible as such. A log that can be quietly back-dated is not evidence.
Two limits we state plainly, because vendors in this category routinely blur them. Software records and organises control; it does not perform control, and it does not move the legal duty off the duty holder. And sensors are not a substitute for a competent person — they verify the conditions between visits and produce the record, while judgement, inspection and laboratory confirmation stay where regulation puts them.

How we publish evidence
Compliance claims are easy to make and hard to check, so we publish measurement instead of adjectives. Our Field Data series puts first-party telemetry in public — method, numbers, exceedances and limitations included. The first entry covers 97 days and 20,640 readings from an instrumented installation in Dubai, where daily-mean PM2.5 fell from 25.5 to 11.3 µg/m³ after a single HVAC filter change.
We also publish what the platform does not do. WOLKIS does not measure Legionella CFU/L and does not replace accredited laboratory sampling where regulation requires it; it is not intended for operating rooms, ICUs or sterile compounding areas.
